Auto detailing goes beyond a wash: a full detail typically includes clay bar decontamination, machine polishing to remove swirl marks, a sealant or wax, and a deep interior clean with shampooed carpets and conditioned leather. Detail shops price by vehicle size and condition, and a full interior and exterior detail takes most of a day. Ceramic coatings are a hardened liquid layer applied after paint correction that lasts years rather than weeks and makes washing easier; paint protection film (PPF, or clear bra) is a self-healing urethane wrap that stops rock chips on the hood, bumper and mirrors. Window tint shops apply dyed, carbon or ceramic film to cut heat and glare, subject to each state's visible light transmission limits.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–5 pm. It is closed on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Mobile Detail Man at (919) 526-0532; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. On Google it holds a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 265 reviews, which is a strong result for an auto detailing in Garner and suggests consistent service.
Garner is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Garner is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. This was my first time using a mobile detailing service, and I wasn't sure what to expect, but Mobile Detail Man exceeded every expectation. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive, arrived on time, and worked quickly without sacrificing quality. My car looks even better than it did when I bought it! The attention to detail is amazing, and it honestly feels like I'm driving a brand-new car again. If you're looking for a professional, reliable detailing service that truly takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Mobile Detail Man. I'll definitely be using them again!

Highly recommend Mobile Detail Man! He came out the very next day and restored the headlights on our car—they look so much better! He was reliable, responsive, affordable, and did a great job. We were really impressed with the quality of his work and will definitely be using him again. If you’re looking for someone for mobile detailing or headlight restoration, I can’t recommend him enough!

Best car detail I have ever had. I was buying a car from a smoker and he completely got rid of the smell and he was also able to buff out the scratches… all from the convenience of my driveway. His prices are great and he also offered to start work earlier than normal to accommodate my schedule! I was going to purchase a higher package and he told me for what I wanted, that was not necessary. So honest!! Would definitely recommend!! He’s also just super polite and friendly!!

I've tried about 6 companies so far. MDM is the best by far. Cleanest I've seen my truck in 7 years.

If you’re looking for someone you can trust to do the best cleaning and detail of your car (or your wife’s in my situation!), then reach out to Derek. He makes it easy from scheduling to completion. I’m impressed by his communication throughout. I’m in sales, and I seldom encounter other small businesses that work as smoothly as this one. I’m a repeat customer too.

Incredible experience getting a ceramic coating with Derek! He cared more about my brand new car than I did! 🤣 In all seriousness, I had a great experience with Derek and his honest expertise. More importantly, he’s one of the nicest and genuine humans! My car looks great and have confidence that my ceramic coating will last for years
